Refund & Cancellation Policy

Events & Parties
A deposit or full payment is required to reserve all events and party dates.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable due to the reservation of time and potential loss of other bookings.

Private Sessions & Other Services
All private sessions, readings, and services are non-refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled service, you may reschedule or transfer your payment to a comparable service with advance notice.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice and will be accommodated whenever possible.
