Rosemary: the all purpose ally
In magical traditions both ancient and modern, Rosemary is revered as a guardian herb. It wards off negative energies, breaks attachments, and purifies both body and space. Hung above doorways, it shields the home. Burned as incense, it clears away residual heaviness. Carried in a pouch, it sharpens memory and protects during travel—physical or spiritual.
Spellcasting
The first thing anyone must do before they even think about creating a spell is to be clear on what they want. Do you want to be more prosperous? Do you want to be healthier? Do you wish to keep your enemies away? Do you want your luck to improve? You have to be super clear about what you want in order to create or use a spell to serve you.
The second thing – which is even more important – is that you must create your spells using the credo which is essentially “Lest it harm none.”
