The Sri Yantra And The Golden Spiral: Geometry You Can Actually Enter

The 43 triangles of the Sri Yantra are not decorative subdivisions. Each corresponds to a specific aspect of consciousness, a specific energy center, or a specific quality of experience. The entire diagram — from the outer square to the central bindu — represents the journey of awareness from the outermost, most diffuse level of experience inward to the most concentrated point of pure being.

Metatron's Cube: The Blueprint Inside Everything

Many healing traditions — Reiki among them — work with the understanding that the human energy field is not just one thing. It's layered. The physical body is the densest layer, but around and interpenetrating it are subtler fields: the etheric body (the energetic blueprint of the physical), the emotional body, the mental body, the astral body, and beyond those, even finer layers connected to higher states of consciousness.

Reiki for PTSD and C-PTSD: A Gentle Path to Feeling Safe Again

Reiki is not a substitute for therapy, but it is a profoundly complementary tool. It supports the body’s parasympathetic response, allowing your nervous system to begin shifting out of survival mode. For many living with PTSD or C-PTSD, the first goal isn’t “healing” in the traditional sense—it’s finding moments of calm, of softening, of rest. Reiki helps create those moments.

Spirit Guides

Sometimes I get messages that I don’t know where they come from – they might be old memories that I’m unconscious of, they could be my intuition and gut instincts, or they could be messages coming from my guides. Intuition

All magical practices, all rituals and ceremonies, all readings and routines, all studies and relationships that we seek in magical work can be described as developing intuition. Working with crystals, chanting, cleansing space, invoking energy. Intuition is the process of achieving all of these and ascending to our highest divine genius.

Sacred Space

The first rule of creating sacred space is that you get to define what is sacred and what is space. You’ll find lots of books and articles and Instagram posts about beautiful decorated altars, and amethyst bowls for bathing, and elaborate candle patterns, and exactly what kind of silk you should cover your altar, and what kind of cushion you should sit on for yoga or meditation.

Don’t waste your money on those books. It’s fine to seek out ideas and images, to inspire you, but ultimately you get to decide what your sacred space will look like.

But first, I want you to decide what you want it to feel like.

Spirit Magic

The Element of Spirit is closely aligned with many of the Major Arcana in the Tarot, including the Magician, the High Priestess, the Hierophant, the Chariot, the Wheel of Fortune, Death, and the Tower. When you pull one of these cards in any Tarot spread, you are asked to look to a deeper and higher meaning than just the obvious lifelong pursuits and struggles.

There are no astrological signs associated with Spirit, but all life and all matter everywhere has Spirit infused. We are made up of stars, of substance, and of Spirit.

You will often hear me refer to the Divine Source and just to be clear, I am talking about God. There is no God but God, no matter what name you give to them, to him, to her or your choosing. We may not all recognize the same god but the same god recognizes each of us.
